This is for the Education Provider application. After that, we will fill the forms. 02 Agreement to (Applicant) We will email the Application form ( Migration Agreement and Form 956) for the student to sign. After that, we will email the Education Provider to request for a letter of offer. Student should appoint us as the education agent. 03 Student (Applicant) We will email the student the Agent fee, Gov visa fee, OSHC Quote, LOO and Payment request. After that, we will wait for your payment before we start preparing the student visa. You can pay the Agent fee first if you are unable to pay all the fees at once. 04 Student (Applicant) for Letter​ We will send another request for documents and information using our software. This is for the student visa application. We will help you get the COEs (Confirmation of Enrollment). We will finalize the GTE with you. We will prepare your student visa application in Immiaccount. This step may take 1-2 months depending on how responsive you are. 05 Provide Letter We will email you to double check all the application information (Immi in your account), student GTE, documents. 06 Post Payment Proces We will email you to ask for authority to lodge visa. 07 Visa Application Wait for 2-4 month for Student Visa Decision 08 Medical Biometrics We will send the Acknowledgement, Biometrics and Medical Check referral letter. 09 Student Visa Decision We will inform you of the Immigration Department’s decision.
